The Brief
BOBST — a global supplier of packaging and label production equipment — needed a two-day industry roadshow in Ho Chi Minh City to bring their latest flexible packaging, label, folding carton, and corrugated board technology directly to the Vietnam market. The event required full technical production support for two distinct conference tracks across 250 delegates, delivered alongside BOBST’s regional and global industry partners.
As the engaged production partner, we worked through Belleo Pte Ltd to deliver the on-the-ground technical execution — AV, staging, branding, print, and documentation — for a conference that needed to run to an international standard for delegates traveling from across the region.
