By using this website, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

3. What Personal Data We Collect
When you submit an enquiry through this website, we may collect:
- Full name
- Company name
- Email address
- Event date
- Estimated audience size
- Project brief or event requirements
- Any additional information you choose to provide
If you contact us via Zalo, we receive whatever information is visible through your Zalo profile and the content of your messages.
We also collect limited technical data automatically when you visit the website, including IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and referring source, through Google Analytics.
4. How We Use Your Personal Data
We use personal data to respond to enquiries, review event requirements, recommend a suitable support approach, prepare quotations, coordinate follow-up communication, and understand website usage through analytics.
We do not use this website to send marketing emails or newsletters.
5. Contact Forms and Enquiry Submissions
When you submit the enquiry form on this website, your information is sent to us by email and used by our team to respond to your enquiry.
6. Zalo and Direct Contact
This website includes a Zalo contact number for direct enquiries. If you contact us through Zalo, your communication is handled through Zalo and is subject to Zalo’s own privacy practices and terms. We recommend avoiding highly sensitive personal information over messaging platforms unless necessary.
7. Our Digital Tools Demonstrations
This website includes interactive demonstrations of our Registration, Lucky Draw, Live Engagement, Speaker Management, and Exhibitor Order Form tools. These demonstrations use sample data only and do not store, transmit, or retain any information you enter. Anything you type into a demo (a sample name, a sample question) stays on your own device and disappears when you leave or refresh the page.
This is separate from our actual tools as used at a real, booked event, where personal data (such as attendee names, contact details, or dietary requirements) is collected and processed on behalf of, and under the instructions of, the client organising that event.
8. Analytics and Cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our website and to improve performance and content. This data is generally used in aggregated form. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
9. Third-Party Services
We use third-party services to operate this website, including services related to contact forms, email delivery, analytics, and website hosting. We do not sell personal data to third parties, and we do not use advertising tracking pixels on this website.
10. Data Retention
We generally retain website enquiry records for up to 12 months, unless a longer period is required for ongoing discussions, active projects, or legal obligations.
11. How We Protect Personal Data
We take reasonable steps to protect personal data from unauthorised access, misuse, loss, or disclosure, including secured website hosting and controlled access to our systems. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
12. Disclosure of Personal Data
We may disclose personal data where reasonably necessary to our internal team, service providers supporting our website or hosting, or trusted local partners where required to support an event enquiry, or where required by law.
13. Cross-Border Data Transfer and Regional Coordination
The Project Crew Vietnam is part of a regional group of event production companies. Enquiry information you submit may be reviewed by relevant team members within this group, including our team in Singapore, for the purpose of responding to your enquiry and coordinating project delivery. Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to protect your information and use it only for this legitimate business purpose.
This practice is intended to align with Vietnam’s Law on Personal Data Protection (Law No. 91/2025/QH15) and its implementing decree, which took effect on 1 January 2026.
14. Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you, or to withdraw consent where applicable. To do so, contact enquiries@theprojectcrew.vn. We may need to verify your identity before processing a request.
15. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
